Representative Ulmer brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB
239(RES) (page 1334).                                                          
                                                                               
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 239(RES)                                                
"An Act relating to raffles and auctions of certain permits to take

Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
239(RES) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of             
considering Amendment No. 2.  Objection was heard.                             
                                                                               
Representative Hoffman placed a call of the House.                             
                                                                               
The Speaker stated the call was satisfied.                                     
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 239(RES) be returned to second
